Recovery dashboard
Your Readiness score, your Vigor Streak, and a body map that colours each muscle by how recovered it is.
Know when you are ready to train.
An app for gyms and people who lift.
It scores how recovered each muscle is, then turns that into one number and a streak for how often you train. You can plan, log, and get suggestions on your phone even when the gym has no signal. It syncs when you are back online. The app is further along than this page.
One number for how ready you are to train.
Vigorix scores each muscle group from 0 to 100, then combines them into one Readiness score on the home screen. A Vigor Streak sits next to it and shows how often you have been training. The body map uses five stages, from Cooked to Beast Mode.
This is the same scale the app uses. It is here to show how the score works, not a live reading.
Six screens, all working now. Plan the week, log the session, see how you are doing.
Your Readiness score, your Vigor Streak, and a body map that colours each muscle by how recovered it is.
See Monday to Sunday in one view, and spot a day that would hit a muscle before it has recovered.
Open a day to see the exercises, and which muscles they work hardest.
It flags a muscle that still needs rest, or one you have not fully trained.
Log sets, reps, and weight in a few taps after a workout. The home screen updates straight away.
See how your training is trending, and keep a list of personal bests.
No signal in the basement? The session still runs. Sync waits until the phone can see the network again.
Your score, streak, and suggestions are worked out on the phone, from your own log. They keep working if the connection drops mid-set.
